Our office is responsible for prosecuting all criminal acts in the local community.  We are also responsible for representing Casey County Fiscal Court in all areas including fiscal and legislative.  We also represent Casey County in all matters that may touch upon or affect Casey County.

Our office secretaries are Rebecca Hatter and Elsie Allen-Clark.  We are open Monday through Friday from 8:00 a.m. – 4:00 p.m.
